Friday 14th – Sunday 16th August

I have had a busy   10 days with lots of you coming early to the studio to view paintings.   The planned  exhibition starts tomorrow- Friday 14th and continues until Sunday  16th  from 10am to 4pm. However, there is sure to be  plenty left after the weekend so let me know if you   cannot make those times  and want to make an appointment for another date.

We will have to be super careful and I am asking people to wash hands or use hand sanitiser before coming in and to wear a mask in the studio. All doors and windows will be left open and  although it is a big airy space, I shall only let in a maximum of 4 people  at a time.   There is an indoor space to wait  your turn but it might be an idea to bring an umbrella- just in case!

It has been SO hot but sitting in the garden yesterday evening  a Wizard of Oz storm suddenly  blew up and a shower of leaves from the  magnolia tree showered to the ground- the trees are finding the heat difficult. The thunder storm failed to come   but  we had a long evening of glorious rain  and today is much cooler. The weather forecast for the weeknd around here looks pretty good. ( but no guarantees!)

Hope to see some of you soon- at a suitable distance..
