TERMS AND CONDITIONS


PURCHASES – DAMAGED PARCELS – If you receive a parcel that has obviously been damaged in transit please REFUSE delivery and let us know. If, upon opening the parcel, you find that the contents have been damaged please take clear photographs of the items and the packaging and send them to us.

PURCHASES – RETURNS In the event that you are not happy with goods purchased from the Gallery Shop you may return the item(s) at your own expense. You MUST contact us for a return confirmation number BEFORE sending anything back otherwise the items will not be accepted. The items must be in the condition in which they were sent otherwise a refund will be refused. Once the item(s) have been received and their condition checked a refund will be made (less the cost of shipping the goods to you) to the card or account originally used for payment. Books or other items signed or otherwise endorsed at your request CANNOT be returned.

Shipping Original Paintings

PLEASE NOTE: Original paintings cannot be sent in the same shipment as books and DVDs. Please place a separate order for these.
